I have a question, what/where do you get your models printed?
Here in The Netherlands we have 3d printers, but they are layer printers
and a GI Joe scale figure won't look good at all (I tried).
How big are these figures?
I have a 3d model that I'd like to get printed and these look amazing.

They are printed on a stratasys Mojo. They are quite large though. About 17,5 cm high. I could not print GI Joe scale figures on that printer. Thanks for your interest im my work.
