I know how you feel, I like doing small objects in Pixel Art like this because you can go into so much detail. Yes its probably done so many times but that doesn't stop it from looking awesome
Nice job. A bit thick overall, but still a very nice pixel. The A/B buttons don't look properly isometric, they look like they're facing us rather than at an angle.
The other only thing I can point out is the very minor Power LED, right next to the screen, missed that out.
I knew about the LED, but as the gameboy is 'switched off' it was difficult to make that apparent on this scale, so I just missed it out completely.

All I have to say is that, instead of using black to outline, use a dark version of the main colour, in this case, dark grey.
