Coat - Trench coats are very hard to find, and the good ones are very expensive, hundreds of dollars. Best to look online for a good one as cheap as you can find.
Hat - Any hat store should have a black or dark brown fedora.
And the rest of it is a dark blue suit with pinstripes that I found in a Goodwill.
