Comment on Crazy Colours Makeup Contest by KatieAlves

So it's okay to borrow ideas from say, a film or other art, as long as it's not been done by another artist with makeup(ex, like we couldn't do Nightmare Before Christmas as you did it, but could still use the film for inspiration - something like that?...is that confusing?)
