I don't think there should be a sequel. At least if they make one, it shouldn't feature Ellie and Joel because ... what more is there to tell?
Well I had an idea when I working on a fan-fiction about the last of us and it was a story about how Joel and Ellie end up getting held up in a revolution and the rebuilding of society by a faction known as Ronin and I'm still thinking on whether I should put in the part where Ellie starts getting feelings for one of them, but I don't think it's like Ellie to get swooned so easily. Still thinking :3
