I am not at all trying to be rude, but don't you get a little bored shooting/submitting the same subjects over and over again? I mean, bugs are cool, but wouldn't you like to broaden your horizons a little bit?

Well, let me put it like this: wtf do you know about my horizons? I have life outside DA, you may believe it or not. I just like macro photography, and I'll never get tired of this, but it just covers a small portion of my interests.
See, you cannot develop a one-dimensional image of anybody based solely on a single aspect of ones activities. There is usually much more than meets the eye, and I'm damn sure it can be said about all the Deviants here.
I'm showing something you won’t get a chance to see elsewhere. And 'bugs' is a pretty big umbrella - if it's entirely the same subject for you, that’s your perception problem. Anyway, do you go to people taking pictures of children, cats, cows, giraffes and say: don't you get bored of shooting mammals all the time?

With billions, and I do mean billions, of varieties of insects, and trillions of those insects, I highly doubt his work could ever become boring, normal, or narrow.
But you have to get to know him first before you think all he does it take pics of a few bugs.
