ahaha it's okay, took me years to learn the terms ; v ;
i'm guessing you only have SAI? blend modes is right above where the layers list is, so when you got your texture layer over everything else, literally just got to that drop down menu and click...like overlay. it's a cool effect * v *

I have PS too! SAI gives me a white background so I use PS so I can make it clear.
But I have no idea how to use it otherwise OTL.
I'll try it for SAI though! <3 Thank you~
