Looks like he has a little wonderland to play in!
It is a sort of wonderland, I think. I'm very happy I can let my cats go out and play like this. I've noticed they become very sad and almost depressed if I try to keep them inside for some reason. Going out into the wild is like great big adventure every time. 
Well I'm happy your cats have a nice place to play in! Mine is really a house cat but she does go outdoors for naps in the sun for an hour or so every day.
I live in the countryside so there's not much traffic, which is nice. I have one disrespectful neighbour though. He drives like a mad man even though I've put up real traffic signs that warn people about playing cats on our small dirt road. He just doesn't care. 
That's the only issue here, otherwise it's a cat paradise, I think. During the summer all my cats stay out just to sleep in the sun all day. First some catnip and then sleeeeeeeeep. Seems like a nice life.
