Also, the actor who played Kristoff is an amazing singer, such a waste that he didn't have a FULL song (other than that lullaby thing) so it makes me think maybe they cut a song he sang or something

I think they should have kept that scene. It would have been cool if Elsa turned evil, but then becomes good later in the movie.
