The font is PragmataPro. My PC config is very outdated as I didn't upgrade it for quite some time.
Gigabyte EP-35-DS3, Core2Duo E7200, 6GB RAM, Geforce 9600GT
Hm... Do you use subpixel smoothing? For me PragmataPro is more bold than there 
I use default settings, can't tell.
