It really tells something about you if all you see in the picture are tits. It is a sensual and well taken photo, not to mention the lighting is phenomenal. 
DDs are given to all art categories, that is why nude art (and this isn't even nude) is seen so "often" among the DDs. But from what I've counted, a lot more traditional and digital art as well as photographs NOT featuring human body get DD's. And when there's just one or two nude pictures among all those other pieces of art, people go crazy. I really don't get it It's not like people are like "Omg ANOTHER traditional work. How come these always get DD's?"
