he removed the background from one of my pic too and posted it without ask. and for do that background i spent a lot of time. and then i see MY pic cutted from the bg and posted WITHOUT ask. excuse me but i consider this STEAL -.- -.-

Art theft is the taking of someones art, whether it be paintings, posters, fanart, literature, etc. and posting it as your own.
May you please provide a link of the art he/she 'stole' from you.
you never know if he/she DID or DID NOT get permission from this artist. If he/she DID in fact 'steal' from you, confront them in a polite way.
I suggest you bite your tongue and dont insult other deviants with posts like that, its rude to accuse me and other people about 'spiting sentences', we have thoughts too you know. (;¬_¬)

that's what i did -.- i made him notice that he removed the background from my picture of shanks from one piece, and he did it WITHOUT ask me. what was his reply? he just told me that im a kid, removed the pic, and bloked me. pretty mature, uh? -.- probably you have no idea how much piss off to find your own work (a work that maybe costed HOURS) cutted and reposted WITHOUT permission... do you think that guy ask to the owners of the pics if he can do that? -.- hell no.. he not even credit them in the description -.- but whatever.. free to think what you want. i think he steal things around, and im not the only one in here. oh! and by the way, i never insulted no one.
Fine then, report him/her if it bothers you that much. It looks like he/she did steal art from you and if he/she did in fact call you a child and blocked you afterwards as a response to your polite notice then you have full right. He/She basically removed evidence of Art Theft so people could not blame him/her. Crediting is an important part of Art Posting, if he/she did even do that it still counts on some levels as art theft. Tell the DeviantArt authorities and you have all the other art he removed the backgrounds from as proof that he/she should be reported and, if things are really a mess, blocked.
ooh i've already did it time ago. and some of my friends did it too. but he's still around posting stuff... whatever... i did my part. im not here to judge anyone, but i can have my opinion about those kind of "people". I saw a lot of other people that do renders, but i see that they ask first, and they also put the credit of the original pic. that have sense. in that case i consider them artist because they show respect for the effort of other people.
however...
it wasn't my intention to be rude with you, but the fact is that is VERY VERY frustrating when someone edit or repost your stuff, especially if you spent a lot of time on some artworks... it's preatty easy to see all red in these situations, trust me -.-

no bother. I'm sorry for you. It is terrible when someone steals artwork, and I understand your frustration completely. Hopefully the Deviant gets caught
