The software Avast! prevents me to download it by saying that it is a malicious file
Try the Direct Download after scrolling in the download page.

I forgot, it's a false positive in Avast. I reported it to them multiple times but they didn't fix it. You'll have to disable Avast for few minutes, delete the "Resources Converter.exe" file and then there will be no problem.
