I just thought that in a surveillance state like CERia taking fingerprints would be standard procedure. Because, you know, even information about tourists is useful for tracking down any disturbances, banning them from entering the country again or whatever. You do raise some valid points, but it seems they are focusing way more on internal security and controlling their own citizens they don't bother with profiling tourists .. but that's just my guess .. Yuumei could elaborate more on that later i suppose XD
