I don't have a guide, but if you have any questions I can do the best I can to answer them.
Basically, the leg and arm pieces are made with a couple of layers of 2mm craft foam - I didn't know about Worbla when I made this, otherwise I'd have used that instead, since foam alone is a bit fragile. I made paper patterns first, then cut the foam out, added the layers of decoration, and attached everything with elastic and velcro. The body is a corset-type top I found on eBay. I cut out the middle panel and replaced it with the white netting. Then I made more foam armour for the skirt and edging, and some 4-in-1 real chainmail to cover the sides.
Shoes are the highest black heels I could find, with another piece of foam armour on one foot. The ears are actually cardboard covered in furry (but not too furry) fabric, and coloured with a Sharpie.
