Rainbow moonstone was actually what I was originally going to use for it haha. But because moonstone is more translucent and the black tourmaline is not, I figured the howlite might look a little bit better, because the tourmaline would probably look really bold next to the moonstone and might have overshadowed it.

However, rainbow moonstone often has chunks of black tourmaline in it naturally (the larger pieces) and still looks nice together i.ebayimg.com/t/RAINBOW-MOONST… There's a link for you in case you want to see xD

But yeah! If rainbow moonstone is what you want, then rainbow moonstone is what you shall get! ^.^

hahaha that's crazy XD It looks good as it is with the howlite; I just love me some moonstone hahahha  That is actually really neat that tourmaline occurs naturally in moonstone, that is some pretty rock!
When i order one, I think I'd like it with the moonstone, and tourmaline, though I thought maybe even hematite chips would look awesome, but I might stick with moonstone.  Too many choices! hahaa  About how much would you charge to make this pendant by the way? So I will know how much to save up for?
Then I see you are having a sale on your etsy and I might have to check that out as well XD

Haha well thank you xD I love me some moonstone as well >=3 I got an amazing rainbow moonstone pendant at the Renaissance Festival a couple years back, and I have yet to find another moonstone that's as beautiful as the one I got - yet I somehow seem to keep acquiring them xD

Well whatever you like ^.^ How much depends on how big it is, really. ...How big were you thinking? I sold a gold dollar sized one for $25 the other day, but it really just depends.

Lol yeah ^.^ I wanted to have a Halloween/Fall sale earlier, but now I just really need to get some money rolling in. Did you by any chance happen to buy one...? Someone bought one literally like one minute after you posted this comment xD

Larger cuts are really beautiful.  I've actually thought of getting an opal pendant since it is my birthstone, and I think equal on terms of pretty with moonstone <3  I haven't found one I really like though.  I haven't found any good gem shops where I live really.  they have the usual type of rocks you see everywhere haha

And for size, I was thinking something probably larger than a gold dollar, but a bit smaller than the 2 1/2" across.  Maybe just 2" across by 2.5" tall with the bail included? So just a smidge smaller than the typical size, but steal keeping it somewhat large so you can work with it easier.

I did buy one! I had seen a bare tree  in your gallery before and liked it (I like dead trees I guess hahaha) This one is even better with the large yellow moon <3  Plus it's a perfect pendant for this month =]

Ohhh yes, opals are really pretty as well  I've always been a fan of those... in fact, I just bought this the other day: rachaelswiregarden.deviantart.… I've never seen one like that before and my first thought was "DRAGON EGG!" Gahhh I really need to stop spending all my money xD (btw I did set aside some for those figurines though if you're still planning on selling them. I know I keep bringing them up lol, but I just want you to know I'm still interested is all xD)

Okay hmmm. Probably it would be about $35-40 then I think?

Aww thank you! No I like them too haha, but I haven't made many because people don't seem to be as interested in those ones. That one was really kind of an accident rofl - I meant to make the one with the dark citrines, but I somehow twisted the tree differently, so I just decided it would look better naked than with leaves lol - so it ended up being the first naked one with a moon. I hope you like it! I'll try to have it shipped out by tomorrow ^.^

Ooo! That is a pretty opal, I love boulder opals, especially that one where you can't tell there's opal there unless for that opening.  It really does look like  a dragon egg hahaha  And okay! I am still considering selling them, as they are just sitting in storage at the moment.  I just have a hard time debating, because at the moment I don't want them or need them, but then I think about them and would be like-I should have kept them! hahahha I think I would just miss Blue though, she turned out my favorite the way I got her coat to look against her eyes.  But yes you are still on top of the list to get dibs on them.  I just have to make up my mind as I've been trying to get rid of most of what I own so I can move and be able to afford/get a smaller place, so a lot of my stuff will have to go.

And okay that sounds good, perhaps when I come across some free change within the next month or so I can commission you if you are open.  My cat keeps getting sick so I'm afraid to use too much money all at once in case he needs a surgery or something. =\

That's a bummer not many people are into them, but I can see why because the ones with stones are really gorgeous as well, plus they have a bit more color and complexity or something. I think this one is perfect because it has the small splash of color with the moon so it makes it neato.  I'd probably have still bought it even if it was just a naked ol tree anyways ahhaha  I can't wait to see it in person!

Yeah! Cantera opals (what I just sent you) are like the equivalent to boulder opals I think, they just come from somewhere else. Opals are just so magical-looking haha. Oh I know... if you think you'll regret selling them, then you probably shouldn't (even though I really want them xD). You can try to make another set in the future but, it just won't be the same lol. Few years back, my mom and I had to get rid of over the half of the stuff in our house so we could move into an apartment, but I kept all of my really special treasures. Money is such a pain in the butt... ugh.

Oh no! I hope your kitty feels better  Do you know what's wrong with him?

Haha well everyone likes something different, you know? ^.^ Some people like more complexity, and some like simplicity. I really try to have a different variety in my shop so that it appeals to everyone haha.

hahaah I always get regrets when I get rid of things later on in life.  Like I won't even care for like 5 years then I'll be like I WISH I HAD THAT hahaha But really I think I'd like to get rid of my stuff more than have them.  Moving everything I own is a big pain in the butt, and money would be better than lugging stuff around.  I have way too many nick-naks and stuff I have collected so it would be a plus, especially if they are going to a good home =]  I can't imagine they do very much good sitting in  storage for years hahaha

I am not sure what is wrong with my cat.  He's older, but not super old, and he just started acting sick this summer after I had a vacation.  I took hiim to the vet and he had an infection, so he got meds and seemed to be doing a bit better, but now he's back to being sickly so the vets want me to bring him back for blood tests.  He's already had a few tests and x-rays, so I am not sure what else it could be.  I just hope it isn't diabetes or something like that.  I don't know what I would do then.   =[
