Oh! Well no problem. AD/BL stands for Adult Baby and Diaper Lover. Basically it's when someone enjoys 'roleplaying' or acting as a younger age. People who take care of ABs are called either 'Caretakers' or 'Mommies/Daddies'. I was pointing out that while Vinyl isn't exactly an AB (Or in the ponyverse, a 'Forever Foal') Octamom seems like a caretaker.
