The costume is by me and made for me and only myself :) I didn't know either where to start xD I guess making the skirt was the easiest part of all since there's a lot of tutorials on google. then I made the top fuku. When I was bored I decided to make the scissor blade with isolation foam, but of course before starting everything, research all what you need a make a list of materials that you will need. Finally, make sure to know how much it will cost in total, 'cause you don't want any bad surprises ^^'
Overall, the fabric cost me 20$ and isolation foam, for a huge panel it cost 30$ but you have enough for like... 3 or even 4 props. Finally, you need resin (15$) to cover the scissor because the isolation foam doesn't take the paint very well. With the resin all sanded, you will be able to put spray paint on it (which cost around 6$) for a total of 71$ and I don't need a wig :)
