He isn't even a baby though. Maybe a baby to other dragons, who live far longer.

Anyone can own a store. They're portrayed as high schoolers in EG; I highly doubt Faust would take 10 years off of their ages out of nowhere.

No dragons have mated in MLP...That would be a little awkward. I've never read any fiction about dragons, but I've heard that they do mate with other animals.
The only time I have ever heard of dragons mating with other animals was in DND and since we have not seen or heard of half dragon in the show we can assume it doesn't happen. Also there are laws that state how old you have to be to own a business. Plus who makes a teenager a queen and the parent of a dragon?

I'm talking about in other stories though where dragons mate with other animals...not just in MLP.

This is a fictional universe with cartoon horses...you think real life laws apply there? And she is not his "parent", lol.
Exactly, this is MLP not other stories. The rules in those stories do not apply to MLP, so we use the rules we see in the show and in the show we have not seen or heard about any half dragons so far. If we see or hear about half dragons in the show then it becomes a possibility, but until then it is best to assume that it is not.

You are the one who said that anyone could own a store, I was just pointing out that is not true in real life so it may not be true in MLP.

Twilight hatched Spike and then she raised him, that says mom to me. Also I just think their relationship is more interesting as a mother and son one rather then just best friends or even as siblings.

Except MLP adopts all of its ideas from other fictional stores.

It's a more sibling relationship to me, but since they aren't blood relatives, when they're shipped it isn't really cringeworthy.

And she was ridiculously young at the time he was hatched. Barely older than him.

...Why am I even debating this? lol
Just because MLP adopts some of it's ideas from other stories does not mean you can use other stories as proof for things we have not seen in MLP.

My problem is that I see Twilight and her friends as adults and Spike as a young child, so when they are shipped it is cringe worthy for me. You don't have to see it like that but I do.

Fair enough but I still say that having Twilight acting as an adopted mother for Spike is more interesting then the relationship they have now.

I'm debating this because I'm bored.

To me, him being treated as someone much younger than them is cringeworthy.
