Is that blood on her shoes? And is there a reason one pantleg rip have fishnet under it and the other one doesn’t?

Blood? NO of course not!
that's dried dirt.
and yes, I intently gave her one fishnet stocking on her left leg.
I couldn't decide if I liked her bear legs showing through her ripped jeans or to have a pair of stockings showing, so i simply opted out for both.
