I sooo don't remember the same honestly. I just... choose it in the fabric store :'D But if I can recommand you something. Use a 4 ways strechy fabric if you want to make a suit similar to this. 'Cause mine was not strechy and was a realy paint in the ass to put on. :/ As for the purple lines, do nooooot paint. With a strechy fabric, the paint is going to crac and look terrible. So, I know it sounds painfull and hard, but sew some purple ribbon instead ^^

aahhhh Black Heart :'DDD You can help yourself with some Plugsuit tutorials, they are mosty made for Evangelion cosplay but I'm pretty sure you can find something with that since it's a similar suit. And aahh the wings and everything ;AAA;; THIS GONNA BE GREAT :'D
