Yesss I saw the trailers for both games and they already look amazing! I was so worried about Persona Q though, it was still unsure if it would have been localized, but looks like Atlus confirmed they will sell it in America, too! I just hope my 3DS it's not region blocked so I will be able to buy it and play it, those chibi forms of the characters are just too cute! 
Yes I think for how their bring just about all the shin megami tensei games of PSN network I think they'll bring this too 3ds has also been working out well for RPG's lately so I have no doubt it will be here.:3
