Or hurt. It wouldn't take up a last two panels without reason, nor would Octavia give it any heed in the second panel if it weren't important. I feel that it will strike Octavia, if either of the two, because she was walking away from Vinyl and she looked more forward and up, not behind and up and it is coming at her.
I might be right. It's funny that this possibility didn't occur to me until I read the comments.
