I actually unfortunately haven't really practiced that much until the end of September of this year, which would be about two months ago.
Before that time, i drew seldom and randomly, because i wasn't really focused on this but instead on my other (too many) interests. xD

My best advice to draw poses would be to sketch quickly and fast any perspective and pose you can think of, i basically never used references because i don't like them, but i do recognize i would have probably improved faster by using those, and i suggest you use them as well!
