Comment on Learn Manga: Bishounen Boys - Draw the head by Naschi

I have a question. If I'm drawing a 14 year old freshmen in high school, does this version of a male character in manga do any good or does it make him look older than he actually is? Like, I usually kinda say he looks old, yet he looks young, like in between, but I'm not sure if this is it. Any ideas?
