I forgot to ask: Where are these decoration icons (like the arrows) from, pekwm?

The theme folders in pekwm are in this path: /home/yourusername/.pekwm/themes/themename.

.pekwm folder in your home is a hidden folder, so enable hidden folders in your file manager to see the folder.
