ah... you might want to READ the constitution And while your'e at it, read surrounding documents that helped found our nation. None of our founding fathers expected anything but term limited offices. It's NOT unconstitutional. By the way, we're a constitutional republic, not a raw democracy.
Term Limits were injected by the republicans after FDR died because they wanted to make sure the American People could never keep electing a populist president ever again.
