I saw a newspaper article about a German guy who published a book called "How to live well without privacy". He encourages people to publish every private detail online, even their bank account status and love life. Sheesh! Luckily, he's being criticised and laughed at.

Anti-Privacy bills?! I can't believe it! :faint: "Yay, let's just eliminate privacy so nobody can say anything against us spying on everybody!" That's really alarming! We don't have something like that here, as far as I know...

The only place where we really need more transparency is economy. Let the big companies show what they wear underneath! ;)

That is funny :XD: Hopefully things never go in Germany the way we've gone here in the US.

We've had myriads of Anti-Privacy bills and rulings for years now. I'm sure you've heard about the TSA "Security" agency and their invasive full-body X-rays and "patdowns" (the government's way of molesting Airline passengers in the name of security)--they've been around since 2001. Unfortunately, It doesn't look like a thing that's going to stop anytime soon.

On this side of the pond the biggest companies (who, you're right, should be the most transparent) actually have most of the rights of an "entity"--that is, they're nearly considered people. That impedes true transparency from ever being an option since the government's given away all our privacy rights and given them to corporations.

In any case... I'd be afraid to see what big companies wear underneath... it can't be pretty :XD: lol
