Kami means God which by your argument, not mine means that Teen Goku is" Ichigo" level because he beat "God" . Also dumbass, Guardian of Earth pretty much makes Kami the "God of Earth " , after all if you read the manga, it's explained that Kami was given this position by the previous Guardian of Earth and in order to accept it, he had to divide himself into two and cast out his evil , negative emotions, that evil self became King Piccolo. Sailor Moon has the main character travel an entire galaxy in under a second, our Milky Way Galaxy no less, that's 100,000 Light Years in a second buddy. DBZ recently had Bills travels through Millions of Light Years within a half hour and that was done casually and much slower characters like Cell Saga Goku were traveling via Instant Transmission over 150 Light Years within a Second. Saint Seiya have casual FTL fighters, same with Bastard and alot of Galactic based animes. High Tiers in Marvel and DC comics like Thor and Superman can easily cross galactic distances within minutes and people like Galactus or the Anit Monitor can cross the entire Universe in a few minutes time which is Billions of Light Years. To blow up an entire country around 100km in area, you need only 7 Teratons of TNT, that's only the yield of 466 million Hiroshima bombs.
