From the little I know, they're just side stories and spin offs that reside in an alternate timeline from the Mado main story, except one which is like in an alternate timeline of the anime. I doubt any future series will touch on the mangas that featured other new girls or anything, but time will tell I suppose q v qqq Good thing they can be read online already by now XD
