It sticks out the most. His arms look a little thicker than hers, and their legs are different that way too.

Oh, I know. But so many cartoonists draw both sexes identically in a simple art style, have you noticed? Some do anatomy differences.

It's something I noticed when seeing many different people's art styles.
Ever see the comic One Big Happy? The boys and girls look the same. Ruthie and Joe are sister and brother, and they look the same, except for their hairstyles and outfits.
