Thats what im thinking as well, I thought that any form of him would have to be upgraded in some way like that.
It would be interesting if this is true then maybe, through the proper training, any Saiyan could reach this level, inlcuding the Z Fighter Saiyans
It could be perfectly possible, I guess we'll have to wait and see though. ;D
