don't know if PC world can get SAI can you do Animation with it too?

Oh i don't know either >_<
But i think you cannot do animation with SAI unlike Photoshop XD
Photoshop is way cooler if it's about their unique features~
I use SAI only for drawing and painting, but adjusting colors, filters, etc. Photoshop is still the best XD
