I hear that about your own bed! That is the problem with flying eastbound in the winter; too many opportunities for bad weather! Think you got home just in time, though, as Winter Storm Ion is blowing in to add at least a foot to the snow we already have and temperatures may drop to forty below. As it blows frigid arctic air the storm will head east. Doubt there will be school on Monday!

The winds are absolutely raging! The weather warmed up and there has been rain and sleet and snow will follow as the temp drops thirty or more degrees. That means layers of ice covered in snow. The schools already announced closures, many for Tuesday as well 
I heard some people say that they could get ticketed if they drive and are not in an emergency or an essential worker at their job.
