Comment on Don't watch me draw... by DestinyBlue

My friend was trying to explain to a programmer why artists didn't like having their sketchbooks looked through without their permission. She also said that it was like someone asking to look at your diary.

I hate it when people ask to look at my sketchbook.  It's personal. I know I should be sketching outside more often, but I don't want people looking over my shoulder. People who aren't artists don't understand that they are being unintentionally rude.

Anyway, I love your painting!
