I see that you have found an Arctic Fury, on of the most interesting and rare subspecies of Night Furies. Beautiful creature.

She is /not/ a subspecies. It's clear in the description (of the image) that she is part of a completely different species. The name is Frost Breath and, as much as the Night Furies and Skrills, it is in the Strike Class.

She does look like Tooth/Night Furies, but it's more because I made her design based on a Siamese Cat (and Night Furies were based on Black Pantheras, also a feline).

Please, don't put your headcanon over my OC. She never was and never will be an "Artic Fury". She is, indeed, a dragon that can be found in places where cold weather predomines. But she has her own species. (Honestly, this is pretty offensive, calling her a subspecie because of your own headcanon.)

I'm really sorry that you have felt offended by my comment. I have no idea that you are so touchy about your dragon. I'm really and deeply sorry. I should read your description more carefully. I have called her an "Arctic fury" only because of her look - it was just my first association when I saw her. Nothing more! She is very beautiful dragon; quite original design.

Some time ago, I have started a project "Dragonera"; in this project I'm going to make a complete classification of all dragons, especially dragons from group which is generally called Night Furies. Your's dragon is so original and nice that I wish to find a place in this classification also for her. Have you something against this idea?

Sorry if I sounded rude or agressive. But you didn't specify any of that in your comment, so it looked like you were putting your interpretation over her.

I think your project is pretty great, but as I said, she is not a Night Fury. If you want to add her to your project (I would be happy and honored to see my OC in a big classification like this), you can put her own species. It's close to Night Furies and Skrills, but the species can't preoduce any kind of fire or hot energy (which make it vulnerable to pretty much anything that can control fire), and these dragons are extremely protective of what or whom they see as their offspring or family (Snowflake found Jack when he was really young and adopted him as her offspring). They are not too rare, but they are easer to be extinct because of their characteristics.

Ok. I understand everything now. I think that we can still be a friends on DA.

So that, I will find a good place for your female dragon's species in my classification, because it's a classification of ALL dragons; viewers, lungs, harpies, hexapodes, basilisks and others. I have some suppositions where Snowflake's species should be classification but I have to find more information about all dragons groups to be sure that I won't make a mistake. I'm going to make a very seriously and professional dragons classification - a cladistic classification which will show a genetic relations between different dragons species and dragons' derivation.

I think that you can like it - Snowflake could find there some of her cousins. ;D

Sure thing! :)

Oh, okay. When you're done, please show it to me!
