How do you make necklaces like this? hard plastic with art seeming printed on them.
Hi it is plastic with art printed on them. You just have to make the image and cutting computer files for the pendants, then take them to a laser cutting company to get them made. I don't think you can get a laser cutter yourself unless you have a lot of money.
