Elina, now, please forgive me I needed so long to comment on these latest masterworks! It's ridiculous, really.
I love this. All the details, the sheer amount of little gags hidden here; the scattered papers, the pipe, the blanket, the poor miserable lil' tulip, oh and who have we here? Our old friend the pear!! :D
Oh and not forgetting the beautiful design of the table the tulip is standing on. It's lovely.
Ah well, the whole motive is radiating that feeling of cosyness and domesticity so strikingly that one cannot help but falling in love with it -- and the wonderful bright and harmonic colours are also not at all innocent of this adorable effect. Hm, Watson is tidying and Holmes is looking through the trunk full of old papers.... Is the scene inspired by the Musgrave ritual by the way? A "continuation" of the storyline, after Holmes failed to distract Watson from the housecleaning, so to speak? :D
Anyway, I can only summarise this with... PERFECT! :worship: :iconkissingplz:

Please forgive me for not answering earlier XD
But really, it goes with the theme, I worked on this drawing ridicilously long, I started it in 2012 or something, can't even remember! I am glad and relieved I got it finished before I started hating it though, heheheh.

I wanted to return to my routes a bit so to speak, and added toes and pears and lot's of colours to it :D
And yes, this scene was inspired byt the Musgrave Ritual.

Thank you very much!
