Interesting choice for tonality, but I like it with the cold tones. It matches your expression well, or perhaps your expression fits the mood well. I like that it is underexposed, that too helps build the mood for me. And, if I may, I like that you're not completely naked as the black fabric breaks up the expanse of your skin in abstract ways. Very nice use of window light from the two windows. While I might have suggested reflecting some light to fill in the near side of the face, I like it in shadows here with the broad lighting.

The tones of this image are very real to the actual scene.  This was taken at the end of November, on a very bleak and rainy day.
The lighting in the hotel was dim, and the photographer just used natural light and flash (film camera, not digital).

I'm usually not good at modeling in clothes/lingerie, but I somehow pulled it off for this one.

Thanks for your detailed comments and feedback.  :)
Well, I find "I like it" to be pretty empty. It doesn't inform about what I like and don't like, nor why. If the idea is to encourage and welcome discussion on artistry, the least I can do is put thoughts and feelings into word.

Either deliberate or happenstance, I do like the colors and lighting. Chances are, the photographer had an idea (even if just roughly) of what he'd get and went for it. Though the weather, which no one had control over, also played a part in creating the overall look, as the scene out the window is the counterpoint to you.
