thehe.. this is amazing. The first sucess i had when i opened your file, was how i learned to create a layor Group. I always lost the overview when i had >40 layers.. no i can hide them in Folders 
The only Thing i dont get is how you created the .gif . .. i can Export it as a .mp4 to be animated ... but if i want a .gif , and use "save as" to create the .gif, he only saves the activated Frame as a unanimated Picture. :/
to save as a gif you have to click file- save for web and devices - you'll get a pop-up, from there they'll be a drop down menu and make sure .gif is selected. click save, finish
yes, folders are very useful i se them all the time, i hate scrolling through layers, even if i usually name my layers it still is annoying if they're not organized in groups

yea.. i also Named them, and coloured them.. but These Folders are much more practical 
Solved the last Thing .. "save as ... gif" is the wrong way... i had to use " save for web" .. now it s working fine ...
still thx for the .psd , it gave a interesting insight in how professionals work with photoshop
