Should have clarified. The said Life Abilities are essentially less volatile, fully controllable versions of the Life Curses inflicted by the Kanohi Ignika (seeing as all of my guys were directly or indirectly affected by Toa Ignika in some way).
In that case... hm.
Ozahkura will be able to nullify many of their abilities, since they're derived from the Ignika's power. The legendary masks still rely on Great Being technology, meaning he can deflect and nullify their powers. But he relies on being able to disrupt energy flow within said technology. If they've already created something that can exist and be used to hurt him without drawing on energy from the surrounding Matoran Universe, he's got a real fight on his hands.
