Really? I don't see them that way in the anime lol. Remember before Annie turned into crystal? She was took down by Mikasa and the way she looked at Annie, her eyes were so cold. Mikasa showed no mercy to Annie 
Well, mainly in the case of an AU, because I have no clue how I'd get it to work in canon hahaha

I actually prefer AUs for shipping, since canon is so... dark and everyone is too busy trying to survive for romance to really be an issue, it gets overshadowed.
