Who's the kangaroo and where are the other Curse of the Fatal Death Doctor's?
The Kangaroo is a joke from a different canon, and the other Fatal Death Doctors wouldn't have had time to show up, they all regenerated too quickly. Rowan Atkinsons 9th Doctor in this photo is actually prior to his appearance in fatal death, or possibly while he was bribing an architect.
