I'll be finishing her design this week, then there will be a short comic introducing
her to the library.
You don't have to ask to draw fanart. (But you might want to wait until the design
is finalized) 
well didnt know if youd want your oc with someone elses was the only problem lol

I see fanart the same way as a few other artists I know. If someone else draws
my characters, it isn't canon, so they can go wild and draw whatever they want,
as long as it's because they want to, and have fun with it.
