Since you're using this version, the only way to obtain what you need is to edit the Weather skin.
Open it, find and substitute:
# unit# (without space) with f in MeasureWeather ;
# SFUN# (without space) with F in MeterTempNow, MeterTodayTemp and MeterTonightTemp.
In the new version (2.1), the change is as easy as a click.
