???? actually no you're wrong. as soon as someone creates something and publishes it, anywhere, for anything, and any reason, under United States copyright law they are protected. And it's DOUBLE on creativity-specific sites like dA and fictionpress for example. so if you've been doing stuff like taking others' work without crediting or anything, it might be in your best interest to stop.

If you want i can even give you links to gov websites proving my point. ive been through copyright drama too many times to not know my rights.

((also idk if english is your first language but your grammar is slightly off))

People can say they have copyrights about their works, creations or even ideas, but before the law you can't rightfully argue and say that such creations are belong to them, not without paying the copyrights, this may be Griffnuff's creations, but he/she can't sell them like propierties since he/she doesn't have any official ownership of any of this, the thing is this thing he/shes doing may be illegal.

Also, those colorful cat things are ugly, but that's just an opinion.

Look, I really don't want to argue on this person's work because it's distracting away from the art, but here's the bottom line:

You have LITERALLY no idea what you are talking about. If it was illegal to sell things without going through the US copyright process(which is mostly just used for documentation and is NOT NECESSARY), then deviantArt wouldn't even have a "Sell as Print" button. You are wrong.

I'm done arguing with you, if you want to continue to whine, do it privately. Thanks.
