The concept is good.. most of it is about the portrayal. 
It can be taken as a simple reference to human nature, or to an event - it can be considered from quite a broad perspective if required. However I do think it is to vague for a six word story.
Hmm.. I think a lot of it relies on the phrasing, and the title can also be used to give a bit of context to things too.
