What's Scootaloo crying about? 
The whole comic is a reference to a line in S4E15 "Twilight Time". When kids are secretly taking pictures of Twilight with the CMC in frame, Scootaloo poses and smiles for the photos. Later when asked why, she says "I couldn't help it. When I don't smile in a picture I look sad."
Really?...
The comic was released in 2014, six days after the episode aired. So the joke was much more obvious for people who had just watched the episode a week ago.
