I definitely don't think you'll see a public version of the this rig, Roger is a tutor at school and the creature and character rigs he makes are made to be exclusively for MDS students. Although I haven't looked around much for quadruped rigs, I agree that there doesn't seem to be many good ones online. I guess you've already stumbled upon it, but the Nico rig seems to be a popular one. Although the rig looks quite intense to me (a few to many controls that could possibly be simplified), I'm sure you can get some decent animation out of it. The only other one I know is the Balto rig, and I haven't used that rig before either. Good luck either way buddy
