Comment on Neon Space Rainmeter Skin 4.0 ( Jan -2022 Update ) by 99villages

Yep it took quite some time thanks, Right Click on the top skin and choose edit then scroll down to clock section  check   " [MeasureTimeH] " and change  Format="%I"  to
 Format="%H"  save and refresh skin.
